I published my first article on this blog on 14 October 2025.
That date matters to me — not because it was a launch, but because it was a decision. A quiet one. To write even when nobody was waiting. To think in public without noise. To build a body of work brick by brick, without asking whether it would travel far.
Between 14 October and 31 December, I wrote across more than 15 verticals — sector studies, construction technology, interiors and Vastu, real estate stocks, finance, investor psychology, policy, global city intelligence, Sunday fiction, and more.
From weekly REIT snapshots to policy judgments, from Noida’s forgotten sectors to Houston, Phoenix, Dallas, Miami, from metamaterials and hydrogen steel to Stonehaven’s fictional walls, this year was not about scale.
It was about range — and intent.
I am deeply grateful to everyone who read without commenting, returned without subscribing, shared without tagging, or simply stayed curious. Trust does not always announce itself. Sometimes it just keeps coming back.

A Promise for 2026
- deeper datasets and longer arcs
- more global benchmarking
- tighter legal and financial analysis
- more patience in storytelling
- fewer assumptions, more evidence
Every month will bring something new, but never something rushed.
That is my only vow.
