A Note at the End of 2025- THANK YOU READERS

A Note at the End of 2025 By Arindam Bose ⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡ ⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡ I published my first article on this blog on 14 October 2025 . That date matters to me — not because it was a launch, but because it was a decision. A quiet one. To write even when nobody was waiting. To think in public without noise. To build a body of work brick by brick, without asking whether it would travel far. Between 14 October and 31 December , I wrote across more than 15 verticals — sector studies, construction technology, interiors and Vastu, real estate stocks, finance, investor psychology, policy, global city intelligence, Sunday fiction, and more. Some weeks were relentless. Some pieces were read quietly. Some travelled further than I expected. But every single article had one promise behind it: clarity over hype, discipline over opinion, and respect for the reader’s intelligence. This blog did not chase trends. It chose questions. Why do some sectors stay...

India Real Estate & REITs – Weekly Snapshot- 26 Dec 2025

India Real Estate & REITs  Weekly Snapshot – 26 December 2025 By Arindam Bose ⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡ ⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡ Indian real estate equities closed the holiday-shortened week in a narrow, range-bound fashion , reflecting a market that is no longer reacting emotionally to corrections—but also unwilling to chase upside. Large-cap developers largely oscillated within recent ranges , mid and small caps saw selective rebounds driven by liquidity , and REITs showed early signs of stabilisation after recent consolidation. This was not a breakout week. It was a price-discovery and digestion week . ⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡ ⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡ Large-cap realty: weekly snapshot Company Last Week Close (₹) This Week Close (₹) Weekly Change 52W High (₹) 52W Low (₹) Market Cap (₹) P/E (approx) DLF Ltd 691.20 695.00 +0.55% ▲ 886.80 601.20 1.72 T 40 Lodha Developers 1,090.20 1,073.50 -1.53% ▼ 1,531.00 1,035.15 1.08 T 34–36 Godrej Properties 2,0...

The "Battery" in the Wall- Arindam Bose

The "Battery" in the Wall How Thermal Storage Turns Buildings into Silent Grid Assets By Arindam Bose Curious observer of where cooling loads, grid stress, and Indian real estate economics collide ⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡⬡ Every Tuesday, I Try to Escape Air Conditioners Every Tuesday, when I sit down to write about construction and technology, I make myself a promise: "This week, Arindam… keep it simple. Something safe. Something that doesn't spiral." And every Tuesday, by 11:00 a.m., that promise collapses. Last week it was hydrogen steel . Before that, carbon-eating concrete . Before that, walls that generate their own electricity. This week, I thought I'd finally picked something boring. Air conditioning. Just cooling. How complicated could cooling be? But within minutes, I was staring at something that shouldn't exist: Buildings that freeze time at 2:00 a.m. and spend it at 2:00 p.m. Not metaphorically. Actually. Because in ...
