Of the 34 names tracked here, 32 fell this week and only two rose: Prestige Estates (+0.6%) and Eldeco Housing & Industries (+2.2%, on 1,460 shares). Everything else — large caps, mid caps, small caps, REITs — was red, and the declines were often steep: Aditya Birla Real Estate fell 10.6%, Arihant Superstructures 10.7%, Pansari Developers 10.3%, and Suraj Estate Developers gave back 9.7% of last week's land-deal rally. Raymond Realty, last week's 20.9% star, surrendered 8.8% of that gain, landing almost exactly where the ₹735-742 resistance zone this series flagged last week said it might.
