PPFAS Mutual Fund disclosed a fresh 6.62% stake in Knowledge Realty Trust, bought via open-market transactions right as the sponsor offer-for-sale completed — public holding jumped from 21.44% to 46.48%, comfortably clearing the minimum public shareholding requirement. At Embassy, Non-Executive Director Aditya Virwani and his spouse filed plans to buy REIT units at up to ₹525 — a genuine insider vote of confidence, well above the current trading price.
